ADA inc provides training, research and project management in inclusion, diversity and disability access for the public and voluntary sectors. Formed in 1999 by Jo Verrent, a disabled person herself, the company’s creative and successful approach to training has been used by national agencies in the development of a number of courses and publications. ADA inc’s client list includes arts organisations, sector lead bodies and local authorities.
Jo developed and delivered the original Get A Plan process and currently maintains this site.
Jo is currently working with Sarah Pickthall (Cusp inc) on Sync - a leadership development programme for disabled people, funded by the Cultural Leadership Programme.
